Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per the policy below.
Eligible Return Cases:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Expired product or near expiry products delivered.
- Product(s) received were damaged in transit.
- If the package appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
- If damage is discovered after opening the package, you may request a return for a refund or replacement (subject to availability).
Return Guidelines:
- Customers must inspect products upon delivery before accepting them.
- Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return.
- The batch number of the returned product must match the invoice.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, and the original invoice.
- Partially used products or opened strips are not eligible for return; only completely unopened products are accepted.
Refund Process:
- If the return request is validated, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Payments made via online wallets will be credited back to the wallet or the original payment source.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer from distributor or store credits.
